Welcome to the new site. As you can see, it’s just a fancier version of the old site. Please sign up for my weekly newsletter and receive a free 17-page report on the glutes. The report contains good information on the glutes as well as two different pictures (from the back) of Canadian Fitness Model Allie Daniels, the 2010 “Glute Girl of the Year.” I chose Allie because 1) Her backside is unbelievable, 2) You can tell that she works hard for her juicy booty, 3) She’s been using my methods for the past year, and 4) She just looks like a nice girl.

But she doesn’t have a butt! There are no cheeks. Her butt is very skinny. She has a nice arch on the other side. The arch makes it look like she has a butt, even though she doesn’t. That greek female athlete that you posted pictures of a couple of weeks ago had an absolutely amazing butt: round, cheeky, firm, now that’s what a butt should look like! 🙂
