Regarding Strong curves:
Am I supposed to do workout A on day 1, and workout B on the very next consecutive day (which would be day 2) and then workout A, AGAIN, on the 4th day? And the very next day, which is day 5, perform workout C? This is what it says on pg 60, but the 12 week programs indicate to do A on day 1, B on day 2 and C on day 3.
Can you clarify which it is? Im stressing out about this and havent been able to get an answer anywhere. Ive already reached what is considered advanced according your chart and am on my way to elite and I want to have maximum results. I want to follow your plan to the T but am VERY confused as the programs differ greatly from one another.
