If I take all of those Biotest supplements T-Nation promotes and glorifies, am I going to gain 20 pounds of muscle in 4 weeks?
Now that I am in the “masters” category, I am going to be increasing my antioxidant consumption. It also looks like my celery and beet eating is giving me a nice nitric boost.
